Your Rights and Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdjk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdjk.io ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality provided through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bdjk or any other self-exclusion register to which bdjk has subscribed.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in relation to your bdjk account, wagers, or withdrawals.
• You have not previously had a bdjk account terminated for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of bdjk services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

1. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bdjk account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdjk reserves the right to terminate all associated accounts and void all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings upon detection of duplicate accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must notify bdjk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Account Verification: bdjk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in account restrictions or suspension.
5. Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bdjk support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard processing times and verification requirements.

All financial transactions on the bdjk Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and processed through approved payment channels only. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via selected Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method only. bdjk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to your account.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, bdjk may require completion of identity and payment method verification. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one to three business days for verified accounts.
• Transaction Limits: bdjk reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on any account. Limits may be applied for security purposes, responsible gaming purposes, or at the request of the account holder.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdjk does not operate multi-currency accounts.

All sports betting activity on bdjk — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets — is governed by the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the bdjk system. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical interruption are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement may differ from the final odds at which the bet is accepted due to live market fluctuations, particularly in in-play markets. bdjk accepts bets at the prevailing odds at the moment of confirmation.
• Void Bets: bdjk reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the account balance at the original stake value.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any time during a live event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be automatically rejected and are not valid.
• Match Abandonment: In the event a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, reduced, or postponed, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as published in the bdjk betting rules documentation.
• Maximum Winnings: bdjk reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per account. Such limits will be communicated at the time of bet placement where applicable.

The bdjk casino and slots services — including live casino tables and the 500+ title slots library — are subject to the following terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions:

• Random Number Generators: All slot and virtual table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. bdjk does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are independently certified.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated in partnership with third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of individual live games are governed by the studio provider's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or slot game session — including disconnection, software error, or data feed interruption — bdjk's decision on the settlement of affected rounds is final. Where a malfunction results in an invalid game round, stakes will be returned.
• Game Availability: The availability of specific games may vary over time. bdjk reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend games without prior notice. The unavailability of a particular game does not entitle the user to compensation.

bdjk offers bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general terms and to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is issued:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of the bonus or resulting winnings may be requested. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any portion of a bonus not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, or shared device. Multiple accounts within the same household claiming the same promotion will be investigated and may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Bonus Abuse: bdjk actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between accounts, and the systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to appropriate authorities where relevant:

• Registering as an individual under the age of 21, or registering on behalf of an underage person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other account process.
• Operating or accessing more than one bdjk account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

bdjk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable users. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session time limits to control the duration of each gaming session. Notifications are displayed as the limit approaches.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and access to all gaming services is blocked. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: bdjk displays periodic reality check notifications to remind users of the duration of their current session and their net gaming activity during that session.

All content on the bdjk Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, software, text, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdjk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any bdjk intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdjk Platform without the prior written consent of bdjk. Unauthorised use of bdjk's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond bdjk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by bdjk in the exercise of its discretion under these Terms, including the voiding of bets, suspension of accounts, or forfeiture of bonuses.

bdjk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your bdjk account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

bdjk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdjk will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the bdjk Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. bdjk operates as a safe and reliable platform providing services to users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdjk support shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause limits bdjk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
